Mark Kryscynski is an on-site builder who involves himself with every aspect of the home project and is always available to his homeowners. Rains Construction, LLC.

Rains Construction LLC, was founded on one lasting principle to PERSONALLY oversee and manage all facets of the entire construction process.  Jake Rains, owner, is a General Contractor who is licensed for residential, commercial and industrial facilities in Tennessee. Mr. Rains was raised to stand by his hometown values and character and believes in establishing loyalty and trust with the first handshake of every individual he meets.

Jake has nearly ten years of experience in the construction industry and a solid background in business.  He strongly believes in a philosophy that the homebuyer/client should benefit from Rains Construction's low operating cost while being committed to superior quality and efficiency. This goal is achieved as previously mentioned, because Jake controls all construction himself from planning/budgeting to closing and all the way through warranty.
